This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is available for only those suppliers pre-qualified under PA Department of General Services ITQ Contract No. 4400023882 for Elevator, Escalator, & Mechanical Movers Maintenance & Repair Services. The University requires updating of the supporting machinery and controls to provide safe and efficient transportation/modernization of two (2), geared (traction), 2100 lb. capacity elevators (#7 and #8) in Tubman Hall. Includes controller equipment, hoist machines and motors, electrical wiring and buttons and buttons of the cab. The University requires that one elevator be fully operational for Fall, 2022. The second elevator would be completed by Fall, 2023 at the latest
