Renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SCOPE OF WORK: The scope for Phase 1 has been determined and includes: removal of both grand stairways, construction on new stair. Limited interior repair and replacement for impacts to demolition and new stairway. Demolition and removal of existing library book carousels per documents. Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by University of Utah U Facilities and Studio Long Playing PLLC, hereinafter referred to as "A/E" as defined in the General Conditions. Construction Budget: $328,231.00 All Questions must be directed to: Libby Haslam, Studio Long Playing. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University. The University of Utah, U Facilities, Teressa Pickett, Contract Administrator. Effective September 10, 2018, the University has retired the previous state mandated Surety Bond Forms and is now requiring the use of the AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 and Performance and Payment Bond Form A312-2010.
