Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The FBI and UDC are in a joint venture to construct a firing range and training facility at the site of the new Utah State Correctional Facility. The base bid includes all construction services for the training facility and the two 50 yard ranges. The base bid also includes all utility connections and site work identified on the bid documents. Soil material for the berms will be provided by the Owner, but the bidders should include costs to shape the berms. The access road and parking lot are already constructed and are not included in the scope; however the concrete HC parking pad will be part of this bid.
