The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Structural Upgrades (Floor) - Pioneer Building Utah State Fairpark Salt Lake City, Utah DFCM Project No. 20172370. Project Description: Project Description/Base Bid: Upgrade the sagging wood floor. Install a new finished floor. This will require new foundations and wood stud pony walls. Some wood joists will also need replacement or strengthening. Construction Cost Estimate: $287,500.00 Question Submission Close Date 10/1/2019 3:00 PM MDT
