Renovation of a conference / convention center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

Facilities Management is hiring a general contractor to renovate the existing Salt Palace guest services restrooms - both men and women - located on level 1 and level 2. The project also includes renovation of the existing Salt Palace ballroom restrooms - both men and women. The projects consist of demolition and removal of existing fixtures and finishes and the installation of new finishes, countertops, fixtures, lighting, etc. The Ballroom Restrooms must be completed first before work can begin on the Guest Services Restrooms.
