Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Frankford, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing an expansion of the South Coastal Regional Wastewater Facilities to a maximum month rated capacity of 10 MGD and a peak hydraulic capacity of 20 MGD, the replacement of the Rehoboth Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant power distribution system, and refurbishment of the Rehoboth Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant preliminary treatment facility. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder qualifications are identified in the Instructions to Bidders. Contract Times are identified in the Agreement. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the Sussex County Administrative Office Building, 2 The Circle, Georgetown, Delaware, and the City of Rehoboth Beach City Hall Complex, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
