Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Frankford, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Contract No: NAT02022-ASSAWOMANTOWER Project will include: 1. Removal of the existing steel observation tower and foundations. 2. Construction of new steel and timber viewing tower, stairs, and approach ramps. 3. Construction of new paved and gravel parking. 4. Construction of new concrete pad and surround for portable restroom. 5. Installation of signage, as shown on the Contract Plans The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract
