Renovation of a municipal facility in Frankford, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Town of Frankford ("town") is Seeking to Have Improvements Made to Its Town Hall--which is Located at 9 Main Street, Frankford, Delaware. Specifically, Improvements Need to Be Made to the Roof and Associated Structures. The Work to Be Performed May Include, but is Not Necessarily Limited to, the Supplying and Installing of Shingles; the Removal of the Existing Shingles; and/or the Removal and Replacement of Some or All of the Existing Sheathing (I.e., Decking), Underlayment, Flashing, Gutters, and/or Downspouts. An Option Must Be Provided to Remove and Replace the Existing Trim and Siding. Bidder Must Be Licensed and Insured. Work Must Be Completed Within 90 Days of the Bid Award Date. Questions Regarding This Solicitation- including Questions Concerning the Bidder Selection Procedure-must Be Delivered to Town@frankford.delaware.gov by January 16, 2026.Responses Will Be Sent to All Bidders by January 30, 2026. An Award Recommendation May Be Made During the March 2026 Regular Town Council Meeting. The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid That Does Not Meet the Requirements Outlined Herein, and the Town is Not Legally Obligated to Award a Contract to Any Bidder.
