Location: New Castle County These improvements are more specifically shown on the Location Map(s) of the attached Plans. The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the replacement of bridge 1-453 in Townsend DE. Remove existing steel pipe and put in concrete culvert. Replace concrete headwall with new structure. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer.
