Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The design scope will reconstruct the current C-1 minor residential collector configuration consisting of two lanes and maintain its current lane configuration due to row constraints. There is one base bid for the project: Base Bid 1 being for hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement. This will include new HMAC pavement, curb and gutter, ADA compliant curb and ramps, signage, and pavement markings. Utility improvements include water and storm water. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal.
