This is a Design-Build Project GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment and incidental work necessary to replace the 2ea, 190 Ton chillers located at Building 83 and 1ea-80 Ton chiller, at Hanger 57. As a bid option, the Contractor will provide a temporary HVAC to H57 for the duration of the chiller replacement. See paragraph 5 for detailed statement work. The contractor shall comply with UFGS Division 23 HVAC and Facility Support Contract Management System for the administration of this contract. See Paragraph 19 for specifics. Contract Duration = 180 days All MACC holders are invited to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit for the project. Firms participating in the Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit will not be directly compensated for their participation.
