The City of Naperville is accepting bids from vendors to submit for the design and construction of the proposed retaining wall utilizing the technical specifications, conditions report and the original plans from the Naper Boulevard Improvements. Infrequent or first time users of electronic bidding are requested to load their bids 24 hours prior to bid opening and the city will be available to help with any issues or questions up until October 16, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Please note the following requirements: Affidavit of Compliance Signed Offer to Contract Bid Worksheet Bid Deposit/Bid Bond (10% of Total Bid) Prevailing Wage Applies (List counties) Certificate of Insurance (with signed endorsements - before award) Performance and Labor and Material bond (before award) Substance Abuse Prevention Program (before award) Contractors Safety Checklist (before work begins) We sincerely hope that you take the time to submit a bid.
