Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to Wright County in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The schedule calls for breaking ground on September 16, 2019, with substantial completion in June of 2020. Work will be completed according to the schedule issued with the Construction Documents.
