Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Ontario, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the construction of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work consists of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to furnish, deliver and install work within Wineville Basin, Jurupa Basin, and RP3 Basin and the new conveyance system between Wineville and Jurupa basins. The Wineville Basin improvements under the RMPU Project includes: Construct pump station, new intake basin, excavation and grading improvements within the basin, install pneumatically operated spillway dam within spillway channel, construct 72-inch slide gate structure, level instrumentation, electric gate actuators and new additions associated support electrical, instrumentation and control and communication infrastructure. The Jurupa Basin Improvements under the RMPU Project include: adding a new vertical turbine pump in Jurupa Pump Station and construct new drop inlet and associated slide gate and other appurtenances within the San Sevaine Creek Channel. The RP3 Basin Improvements under the RMPU Project includes: installing a 30-RCP piping from an existing 36 buried pipe into a basin, the connection with the existing 36-inch pipe shall include a vault structure and gates, and the new system shall include new controls and electrical work. The new conveyance system (Force Main) Project under the RMPU includes: Construct 30" force main piping along Etiwanda Channel and Jurupa Ave to Jurupa Basin and associated meter vault, blowoffs, AVAR assemblies, manways, and other appurtenances. The work is located within Wineville Basin in the City of Ontario off East Francis Street and South Wineville Avenue. The Jurupa Basin is located in Fontana on the corner of Mulberry Avenue and Jurupa Avenue. The new conveyance piping system and pump station will cross within private and public properties starting from Wineville Basin.
