Include $10,000.00 allowance for unforeseen conditions. Scope of Work: Field: 1. Contractor to perform survey of site and notify district of any potential issues with grade. 2. Coordinate with District the testing of the irrigation system before work starts. Identify any areas not receiving proper coverage. a. District will mark locations of all valves and irrigation sprinkler heads with paint or flags b. District will indicate the main line and laterals to the best of their knowledge c. Irrigation system is electronically contro led d. Assume that control wires and irrigation lines are 8"-10" below grade 3. Protect in place the folowing: a. 1 backstop b. 3 trees c. 3 backflow devices d. flag pole. 4. Scarify field by grading, pulverizing or disc methods to a depth of 6" a. Contractor to grade and roll field without vibration to create a level plane b. Contractor to keep intact existing irrigation systems. c. Protect irrigation heads in place or remove and cap d. Contractor to notify district of any damage to irrigation system during this process 5. Grade field level maintain the existing contour and allow sheet flow off the turf. a. Grade soil down to no more than 1" below all connecting hardscape surfaces b. Remove debris and rocks 1" and greater c. Reset all irrigation control boxes and heads to finish grade d. Any valve box deemed unusable, the district will provide a replacement box e. Grade soil to existing catch basins at 2% or less. 6. Temporary Fencing a. Provide temporary fencing Irrigation: 1. Test irrigation system a. Cap all heads at start of project. b. Verification of full coverage of field required prior to hydroseeding c. Any area not receiving complete coverage will be documented to the district d. Provide irrigation schedule to district for programing clocks during maintenance period 2. Hydroseed a.
