Lydig Construction Rock island Support Facilities Rock Island Support Facilities Project Address: 1476 Rock Island Dam Road, Malaga, WA 98828 In accordance with RCW 39.10.380, GC/CM General Contractor/ Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work. The project is to add Buildings C21 (Crew Building) and C22 (Shop Building) and associated. sitework to the Rock Island Facility for Chelan County PUD No. 1 and Lydig OC/CM. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Please be advised that bpo9 hvac and bp13 plumbing may be bid separately/ individually or as a full combined bid (1:00 turn in time). Please reference the bid form for instructions. Deadline for questions is May 24, 2019 2:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than May 28th, 2019. Questions should be directed to mseeberg@erfflvdig.coin.
