The project is to add Buildings C21 (Crew Building) and C22 (Shop Building) and associated. sitework to the Rock Island Facility for Chelan County PUD No. 1 and Lydig OC/CM. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Please be advised that bpo9 hvac and bp13 plumbing may be bid separately/ individually or as a full combined bid (1:00 turn in time). Please reference the bid form for instructions. Deadline for questions is May 24, 2019 2:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than May 28th, 2019. Questions should be directed to mseeberg@erfflvdig.coin.
