Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of November 15, 2019, this project has a construction manager and is post-bid. Bid results have not been announced. Separate Sealed Bid Proposals to furnish materials & labor to complete the Kingston City School District Capital Improvements project in accordance with the plans & specifications for SED #s 62-06-00-01-0-027-009 for H.L. Edson Elementary School; # 62-06-00-01-0-003-011 for J.F. Kennedy Elementary School; and 62-06-00-01-0-028-014 for M.C. Miller Middle School , work has been assigned to the following contracts: Contract 1: Demolition + Abatement Work Contractor(DAC) Contract 2: Window Work Contractor-1 - JFK Elementary School(WWC-1) Contract 3: Window Work Contractor-2 - Miller Middle School (WWC-2) Contract 4: General Work Contractor(GWC) Contract 5: Plumbing Work Contractor (PWC) Contract 6: Mechanical Work Contractor(MWC) Contract 7: Electrical Work Contractor(EWC) Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the bidder unopened. Digital Download Digital Download of Project documents are available thru the project portal (See 1 above) for a fee of $10.00 payable directly to the printer (Credit Cards payments are preferable); an instruction sheet for ordering the PDF Download has been included as a link within the portal (3)CD Containing Plans and Specs - Compact disks containing the plans and specs may be purchased for $10.00 each by prospective bidders directly from the Printer (Checks or Credit Cards are Acceptable) + Shipping costs as may be necessary should be arranged with the printer and are non-refundable. Checks are to be made out to Kingston City School District. Drawings and specifications remain the property of the Owner and must be returned to the Printer. Additional hard bid documents will be available for purchase at actual cost of reproduction. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and to the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts.
