A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Renovation of the Highland Lodge and Cabins and the construction of a new Memorial Pavilion at Taconic Outdoor Education Center of Clarence Fahnestock Memorial State Park will be received by the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Taconic Region at Administrative Headquarters, Taconic Regional Office, 9 Old Post Road, Staatsburg, NY 12580. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check or bid bond in the amount of $10,500.00 (ten thousand five hundred dollars) Work includes the renovation of the Highland Lodge and four cabins and the new construction of the Memorial Pavilion.
