Site work for a development in Cold Spring, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Separate sealed bids for the Schuyler Lane Bank Re-stabilization Project will be received by the Town of Philipstown. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equal to at least five percent of the bid amount, payable to the Owner, to ensure execution of the contract and filing of acceptable performance and payment bonds within ten days of contract award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality. Bidders must execute a non-collusion bidding certificate and comply with all employment conditions and minimum wage requirements. Minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin. Bidders are required to comply with provisions of Section 291-299 of the Executive Law of the State of New York. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the bid opening.
