Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cold Spring, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
**As of April 2nd, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded.The project is expected to be awarded on April 8, 2026.** The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install drainage and roadway improvements at the intersection of Fishkill Avenue and Mountain Avenue in the Village of Cold Spring. Other related work shall include the installation of curbs, ramps, and crosswalks, all in accordance with the Bid Documents and/or as directed by the Engineer and/or the Village. Bids shall be made on the Proposal Forms furnished with the Bid Documents and must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond acceptable to the Village or a certified cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Village of Cold Spring, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, New York 10516 and endorsed Fishkill Avenue / Mountain Avenue Improvements, Cold Spring, New York. The Village of Cold Spring reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village to do so. The Bidder assumes the risk of any error or delay in the delivery of its bid by whatever delivery means it chooses, including the handling of mail by employees of the Village of Cold Spring.
