Reference Number 0000425537 At this time, the Village of Cold Spring is seeking proposals for the removal and replacement of approximately 60 linear feet of 6-foot-high chain-link fence along the west side fence line at Cold Spring Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTTP) located on Fair Street. The existing chain-link fence is to be removed on the west side of the WWTP and the new fence shall be tied into the existing north and south sections of the fence. The property is adjacent to Metro North Railroad (MNR) property and tracks. Due to proximity to MNR property, all demolition and installation must be performed from the Village property. No excavators, cranes, or boom arms are to be used within 50 feet of the fence line. Any auguring or excavating must be done using a skid steet, small rubber tire front-mounted loader or similar smaller pieces of equipment.
