*Contract Award Date: August 8, 2019 Contract Award Number: FA302219PA017 Contract Award Dollar Amount: $19,550.00 Contractor Awarded Name: Innovative Performance COnstruction Company Contractor Awarded DUNS: 078355734 Contractor Awarded Address: 13370 Hwy 61N Fayette, Mississippi 39069 United States Set Aside:Total Small Business Install Fencing in B158 IAW the Attached B158 Fencing SOW This Statement of Work (S.O.W.) defines the scope of work to accomplish the purchase and installation of new chain link fencing for the security of mobility items inside the existing Logistics Center, Facility 158. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination and transportation required to accomplish this work. 2.0 Work to be performed shall be accompli8shed at two (2) different locations within the Logistics Center, Facility 158. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination and transportation required to accomplish this work. 2.1 Area 1. Warehouse Section. 2.1.1 The contractor shall provide new nine (9) gauge chain link fence. The height of the fabric shall be twenty (20) feet, in order to reach the ceiling. The total linear distance of fence shall be approximately one hundred eight feet with an eight (8) linear feet by eight (8) feet high gate with wheels. See attachment 1. 2.1.2 The contractor shall install new line posts to be spaced eight (8) feet on center. All new line posts shall be two and one-half (2-1/2) inch in diameter. 2.1.3 The contractor shall provide a top and middle rail for new fence. The top and middle rails shall be one and five-eight (1-5/8) inches in diameter. 2.1.4 The contractor shall install three (3) inch corner and end post at the proper locastions of the new fence that can be secured to the existing wall. See Attachment 1. 2.1.5 The contractor shall fabricate fence to allow utility lines to go through fence that are currently hanging from ceiling. Three lines exist: communications, steam, and gas. The fence will have to go in between rows of lights as well. See attachment 1. NOTE: distance of utility lines and their intersection of the fence are only approximate distances. All distances to be verified by contractor. 2.2 The contractor shall install provide one eight (8) feet by 8 feet gate with wheels. One human sized gate shall be installed, approximately 3 feet by 7 feet. Both gates shall have a device for the acceptance of a locking mechanism. See attachment 1. NOTE: Gate locations and distances are approximate and subject to minimal change in order for fence to be correctly constructed. 2.3 Area 2. Supply Store 2.3.1 The contractor shall install new posts with one-fourth (1/4) inch flat plate welded to the post. The plate shall be six by six (6x6) inches. 2.35.2 The contractor shall anchor all post to the existing concrete flooring. The contractor shall install anchor bolts sufficient to maintain support for each line, end and corner post per manufactures instructions. 2.3.3 The contractor shall provide new nine (9) gauge chain link fence. The height of the fabric shall be twenty (20) feet, in order to reach the ceiling. The total linear distance of fence shall be approximately thirty (30) feet within the warehouse area. 2.3.4 The contractor shall install new line posts to be spaced ten (10) feet on center. Line posts shall be two and one-half (2-1/2) inch in diameter. 2.3.5 The contractor shall provide a top and middle rail for new fence. The top and middle rails shall be one and five-eight (1-5/8) inches in diameter.
