The contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and other resources required to provide, install, configure, and integrate a new Video Management System (VMS). This includes installing servers or providing cloud-based storage capable of retaining at least 30 days of video recordings, installing three workstations or enabling virtual administrator access, replacing fourteen cameras, and installing eleven additional cameras at designated locations as outlined in Attachment 1. The contractor shall supply and install all necessary equipment and perform required configurations to integrate up to 40 existing Axis cameras into the operating system. Supported Axis camera models include Axis 211 D2110-VE, Axis M3027-PVE M3027, Axis P-1448-LE P1448-LE, Axis P3346 P3346, Axis M3007-PVE M3007-PV, Axis P3301 P3301, Axis Q6000-E Mk II Q6000-E Mk II, Axis Q60 PTZ NFI, and Axis Q1765-LE Q1765-LE. All equipment must be connected to the Air Force Network and comply with UFC requirements. The contractor must be familiar with the security and network architecture of Columbus AFB to ensure optimized and efficient system implementation. Software licensing shall be provided for one base year and four option years. Vendors must be registered under NAICS Code 561621 on SAM.gov to be considered. Award will be based on price and technical acceptability, defined as taking no exceptions to the Statement of Work.
