Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Two Harbors, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
As of 07/05/2019 The project was awarded to Kraus Anderson, of Duluth, MN in the amount of $1,269, 578,.10. Work is expected to start in August, 2019 and end June, 2020. The City of Two Harbors reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Two Harbors.. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The successful bidder shall enter into and comply with the requirements of a Project Labor Agreement between the City of Two Harbors and the Duluth Building and Construction Trades Council ("Council") Copies of the existing labor agreements for the Unions who are members of the Council are available upon request from the Engineer. A.I.P No. 3-27-0103-11-19 S.P. No. A3801-54 The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is 2.9 percent.
