The integrated lighting system shall consider light trespass, guaranteed light levels and energy efficiency. The lights shall be operated by a wireless control system capable of on/off/dimming and individual light control accessible via WiFi, cellular and/or LAN connectivity. The lighting system shall include all luminaires, poles, foundations, controllers for a fully functioning system. A power source will be brought to the point of control under separate contract. Trenching and conduit for wiring to the poles will be under separate contract. The successful Contractor will be responsible for pulling wires through conduit and a fully operational system.
