Site work for a civil project in Georgetown, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of: The construction of approximately, 3150 lf of concrete curb and gutter, 320 lf of 18" HDPE, 1202 lf of 24" HDPE, 213 Lf of 36" HDPE, 100 lf of 48" HDPE storm sewer pipes and related structures, and the construction of concrete lined drainage ditch and earthen retention pond and related grading and erosion & sediment control measures. The Owner reserves the rights to waive any and all informalities, to reject any and all bids, and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditioned bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Section 3 covered position under the HUD Act of 1968 and that Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
