Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Georgetown, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of Works: Construction of Phase 2 works as detailed on the drawings provided Single-story community center (Building N), approximately 3,500sq.ft Multi-Sport court , approximately 6,500 sq.ft. Inclusive of fencing, seating, equipment and court lines/markings Bathroom Block, approximately 482 sq.ft. External Plant (Septic system, HVAC Condensers, transformer etc.) External Works Roadway & Parking inclusive of all curbs, parking blocks, traffic table, markings and signage Construction of Sidewalks, and Pedestrian Pathways Drainage and storm water management Supply and Installation of all Phase 2 lighting inclusive of Parking/roadway lights and bases Pedestrian path lights and bases.
