**This bid has been postponed per Addendum 2.** The project consists of Fuel Storage Tank Replacement. Project work will replace the existing tank monitoring panel with a new Franklin Fueling Systems, Model TS-550 evo, monitoring panel. Provide new electrical and data cabling to connect the panel to a new 6,000-gallon, double walled, steel, above ground storage tank (AST) and all system monitoring and dispensing components. Provide all new conduit and wiring for electrical and signal installation. Provide signal wiring to the nearest network connection, but allow connection of the system into the network by the DMA information technology (IT) department. Salvage and reinstall existing light pole, spill kit, and grounding reel in fueling area. Provide new light emitting diode (LED) luminaire and install on salvaged light pole. Demolish existing fuel island, and construct new fueling island with all required conduit, electrical, and signal wiring to system components. Remove and replace existing fuel dispensing unit with a new Gasboy (Model: Atlas 9153KXTW1) dispenser mounted on structural steel supports for exposed piping and conduits . Provide all fuel supply piping, fittings, connections, filters, and valves required to connect AST to new dispenser. Provide new stainless steel hose reel cabinet with electrically retractable 50-foot hose and intrinsically safe lighting and wiring. Provide pad48 mounted remote filling cabinet with appropriate piping, valves, and connection to AST. Provide all probes and components for measurement of tank contents and dispensing volumes. Provide new grounding bond reel pedestal, emergency stop switch, overfill alarm and acknowledgement switch. Salvage existing heat trace control box and reinstall per plan location with required connections and operations restored to original functioning condition. Provide all electrical and signal wiring, conduit, grounding, commissioning, calibration, and all appurtenances required fora fully functional, code-compliant, turn-key fuel dispensing and monitoring system
