Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

In general, the work consists of Arts Sculpture Lab Renovation of 3,235 SF and an unconditioned 865 SF addition to house relocated foundry.
