Renovation of an educational facility in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 79,000-square-foot educational facility.
In general, the work consists of removal of approximately 79,000 square feet of existing roof system, related flashings, and existing insulation down to the structural roof deck at designated portions of Andersen Hall and the Center of the Arts buildings. New insulation and fully-adhered EPDM roof system shall be installed atop the prepared roof deck. Designated roof drains shall be replaced and/or modified in conjunction with the roof replacement. Secondary drainage will be added to portions of both buildings an additional primary roof drain will be added to Andersen Library. Due to the size of the roof replacements, construction will occur over two consecutive summers. Bidder shall identify the division of work they are bidding on when requesting Bidding Documents online. Base Bids will be received as a single lump sum bid for: 3) Plumbing Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
