Renovation of an educational facility in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of demolition of the partially below-grade building connector between Andersen Library and Hall, modifications to the remaining building envelope of both buildings along with affected HVAC, electrical and fire alarm systems. The project includes repairs to existing concrete, two new exterior concrete ADA ramps, exterior railings, storm sewer improvements, landscaping and replacement of interior finishes at the northwest stair of Hall.
