Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Port Clinton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 2 the project is set to be awarded on July 9 meeting Ottawa County Parking Lots and Drives Rehab Project 2019. Addresses of properties are listed in the bid specifications and are located in Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, and Danbury. Numbers will collaborate with aerials, photos and bid sheets. Lump sum bids and unit pricing per PL-1-6 bid sheets will be received by the Owner for the crack filling, sealing, striping and other specified work at the county owned facilities. A separate price for each facility listed will be received with two exceptions where there is a common drive. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same bid and must be accompanied by a bid guaranty satisfying the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Each contractor shall complete a "Non-Collusion" Affidavit and include it with the bid.A certified check, cashier check, or letter of credit in favor of the Ottawa County Commissioners, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a one hundred percent (100%) payment and performance bond. The Board of Commissioners of Ottawa County, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept that bid which in the judgment of proper officials is to the best interest of the County.
