As of 07/01/2019 Awarded to Minger Construction Co., Inc with $311,175.15 The work includes the following: 1. Removal of existing lift station equipment and piping at Lift Station 10. The project includes the removal of a portion of the existing dry well. 2. Furnish and install new precast lift station and valve vault structures, piping, fittings, and valves for Lift Station 10. Install new pumps which will be furnished by City. 3. Pour new invert in existing wet well structure. 4. Install new controls for Lift Station 10 as noted in the Contract Documents. Controls will be furnished by the City. 5. All pumping of sewage required for the changeover is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR and shall be coordinated with the City of Lakeville. Completion of work: All work under the Contract must be complete within three hundred (300) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Minimum contractor qualifications: The Bidder shall have experience as a General Contractor in the successful completion of at least three lift station projects within the last five (5) years.
