All bids must be sealed in a plainly marked envelope, addressed to the Director of Public Works, City of Somerton, 143 N. State Avenue, Somerton, AZ, 85350. Pursuant to A.R.S. 34-201, the bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or a surety bond - payable to the City of Somerton, Arizona for at least 10% of the total bid price as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract to perform the bid in accordance with the plans and project manual, within 10 days after the Notice of Award.
