Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Dushore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work included under this contract consists of all site work to suit project preparation, execution and completion. This includes replacing an existing structure Pleasant Stream Road over Pleasant Stream (#20-0052). Work will include removing an existing concrete slab on stone masonry abutments and replacing it with reinforced concrete slab on existing masonry abutments. Work will also include driving surface aggregate, rock lining, and guiderails. Also included is replacing an existing structure Pleasant Stream Road over Bear Run (#20-0053). Work include removing an existing rolled steel I-beam on stone masonry abutments and replacing it with precast reinforced concrete box culvert (10' x 7'-6".) Work will include ill include driving surface aggregate, rock lining, architectural surface treatment, and guiderails. Engineers Estimate: $100,000 - $500,000.
