A timeline for award has not yet been established.* Questions Due Date: Jul 24th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT Online Portal The Sullivan County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the excavation of a roofed concrete barnyard / manure storage facility to be constructed in Forks Township, Sullivan County, PA. Excavation work is to include site preparation for concrete with drainage, stone, and fill as per the project design. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies to any bid over $25,000.00. Excavation work is to be completed in coordination with the Conservation District and concrete contractor. Pre-concrete excavation must be ready for concrete to be completed by October 31, 2024. Total excavation finish work to be completed by June 15, 2025. The successful bidder shall be required to provide a performance bond. The Commissioners have the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. WORK PLAN 1.
