Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Commerce City, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project is located in Adams County, Colorado, in the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. The project is a series of trails, pedestrian bridges and parking lots within the Refuge. The general scope of improvements is construction of approximately 8.03 miles of a new multi-use trail described as follows: Approx. 7.73 miles of new crusher fines trail Approx. 1105 feet of trail widening Four prefabricated bridges (approx. 140 feet in length total) Four paved parking areas with associated access road connections New construction work includes linear grading, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, drainage culvert installation, bridgework, pavement markings, wooden fencing, utility relocation, traffic signal and signs. Questions and answers will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov The price range of the project work is between $3 and $4 million.
