Building 600 will include a new fresh air intake on the roof for the laundry dryer facility Roof Repairs on the following buildings: 577A, 577B, 577C, 577D, 610, 611, and 615 Roof and Structural Beam Repairs and Steeple Replacement at building 625 HSP: July 3, 2019 by 2:00 P.M. central time. The Owner will not acknowledge or receive Proposals and/or HSP that are delivered by telephone, facsimile (fax), or electronic mail (e-mail). Properly submitted Proposals and/or HSP will not be returned to the Respondents. All requests, questions or other communication about this RFP shall be made in writing to the following person, as the Owner's representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFP. All communications between Respondents and other Owner staff members concerning the RFP are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification of Respondent's Proposal.
