Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Treasure Island, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the solicitation. Awards of bids for construction services with an engineering estimate in excess of $100,000 will only be made to Bidders who have pre-qualified with Pinellas County for Water and Sanitary Sewer type construction, or those that are pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in an equivalent prequalification, in the amount that equals or exceeds their bid. Only those bids from Bidders that meet the pre-qualification requirements from either Pinellas County or FDOT prior to a bid opening will be considered. Work consists of pump station would be upgraded including replacement of yard piping, valves, meters, pumps, emergency generator and electrical equipment. The new electrical equipment and existing sodium hypochlorite storage tanks and chemical feed pumps will be raised to an elevation of 17.0. The 5 MG storage tank will be drained and repaired as needed. A new emergency generator with enclosure and fuel tank will be installed just outside of the existing generator room. The generator automatic transfer switch and control panel will be installed and elevated inside the existing generator building. The pump station structure layout will remain the same. A new 12-inch drain pipe will be installed around the perimeter of the 5 MG ground storage tank and will collect the rain water from the tank downspouts.
