Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This is a Lumps Sum contract. - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Certified Payroll The scope of work consists of providing an overlay of adhered EPDM on the existing SBS-Modified roof system. Edge metal and other roof components to achieve a 20 year (NDL) warranty are included. Strict compliance with the manufacturer requirements and procedures shall be followed. Work is expected to be scheduled to begin in fall 2019. This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents This Contract Contains Apprenticeship Training Requirements for Bids that Exceed $250,000.00 This Contract Contains New Requirements for NY State Wicks Law This Project is Partially Funded by a Federal Community Development Block Grant and Certain Federal Requirements Apply The Bidder certifies understanding of and commitment to meet the 20% M and 6.9% W workforce goals incorporated in this Contract.
