This project generally consists of furnishing 35kV outdoor metal-clad switchgear for the Owner’s Lee Road Booster Pumping Station conforming to Rochester Gas & Electric DMS 5.2. Contract Time: The Work will be substantially complete within 658 days (i.e., 94 weeks) after the Notice of Award as provided in Article 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Article 15.06 of the General Conditions within 686 days (i.e., 98 weeks) after Notice of Award. Final Completion: Deliver the 35kV metal-clad switchgear F.O.B. Destination to the Owner’s Lee Road Booster Pumping Station at 795 Lee Road, Rochester, New York 14606, including replacement or repair of any damaged components that occurred during shipping. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated cost is $1,500,000.00 - $2,000,000.00.
