Renovation of a medical facility in White River Junction, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospital.
MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $25,000 and $75,000. PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK: Replace 2 failing 100 ton compressors. a. Provide complete services as required to design and install two 100 ton compressors; with all appropriate piping, fittings and valves as needed. b. Isolate refrigerant charge, provided isolation valves hold, using EPA certified technicians. c. Removal of (2) existing 100 ton compressors. d. Provide and install (2) new Trane remanufactured 100 ton compressors. e. 5-year Parts and Labor warranty on replaced compressors. f. Upgrade of unit controller g. Upgrade of unit display/HMI h. Startup and verify proper operation. i. Provide all labor to perform all aspects of this job. j. The intent is to prevent failure of a compressor to extend the life of the chiller and provide uninterrupted A/C to our patients.
