The Town of Hartford is requesting proposals for Professional Engineering Services, for the replacement and reconstruction of utility lines along Abbey Ln. and T.H. 110. Last Day to Submit Questions: 4:00 PM local E.S.T. on Monday March 25nd, 2019. Written Responses to Questions: End of Friday March 29th, 2019. The Town seeks to replace existing wastewater mains and services as needed within Abbey Lane, Garland Row and Town Highway 110. This portion of the system is aging, not constructed to current standards, lacks adequate manholes and requires a disproportional amount of maintenance and repairs. Emphasis is to be placed on the survey and evaluation task to determine ownership and properly guide the layout, methodology and potential phasing. Each proposal shall identify and develop a scope of services necessary complete each segment requested. Upon review of proposals, the Town may designate the most qualified proposals as finalists. These finalists may be invited to make oral presentations and participate in a question and answer session with the Town.
