The London Grove Township Municipal Authority (LGTMA) is accepting sealed bids for the Clay Creek Road Water Main Interconnector. The Project generally involves the installation of approximately 600 lineal feet of 10 ductile iron water main and associated valving and fittings along Clay Creek Road to interconnect existing 10 ductile iron water mains in E. Avondale Road and Indian Run Road, the installation of three (3) residential water service extensions, installation of one (1) fire hydrant and associated valving and fittings, site grading, erosion and sediment control, and general site restoration. Bidder's qualifications - Bidders must meet all of the following minimum requirements in order to be considered eligible for this contract: 1. Bidder must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in installing water main of the size and type specified herein 2. Bidder must have successfully completed at least ten (10) projects substantially similar to that contained herein within the last five (5) years and provide at least three (3) separate references from the ten (10) projects listed. This Project is subject to prevailing wages as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Labor Law Compliance. All bids must be in writing, signed and sealed by the bidders, and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the Municipal Authority.
