As of 07/09/2019 Awarded with $386,541.60 No start and end date. For the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of West 1st Street Reconstruction. Major quantities for the Work include: Est. Qty. Unit Item 2,900 SY Reclaim Bituminous Pavement 600 LF 8-Inch PVC Sanitary Sewer 750 LF 8-Inch DIP Water Main 600 TON Bituminous Pavement 1,300 LF Concrete Curb 1,400 SF Concrete Walk 520 LF 12-24 RCP Storm Sewer Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) dated May 16, 2019. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Bids shall be directed to the City Administrator, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, BID FOR WEST 1ST STREET RECONSTRUCTION. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
