Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Rush City, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Major components of the Work include: Site grading and reconstruction of taxilanes in the building area (material excavation, placing select granular borrow, placing aggregate base, placing bituminous pavement, turf restoration. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with prevailing wages. The bidder/offeror is committed to a minimum of 8.5% DBE utilization on this contract. The City of Rush City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Rush City. Question Deadline 05/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
