The Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida (hereafter, "County") ", is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide/perform continuing professional engineering services for the following services: Stormwater Program Development, Planning & Compliance Assistance, including but not limited to, traditional stormwater flooding and water quality control studies, feasibility studies of leading edge technology, watershed and floodplain studies/modeling, sea level rise and vulnerability studies, spatial analysis of data, TMDL, BMAP, NNC, and NPDES planning and compliance assistance, BMP monitoring, pollution source control support, seagrass and other resource mapping, study and evaluation of interstitial water treatment and other water quality practices and monitoring, grant acquisition support, and other activities as needed. Capital Project Support, preliminary engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of watersheds (ICPR), Civil design (AutoCad), ecological modeling, BMP design and leading edge innovative stormwater project design, LID, green-infra-structure design, GIS analysis of LiDAR, support during the post-design, construction, and/or post-construction phase of projects, permitting, hydrographic surveying, geotechnical investigation, monitoring of constructed BMPs, and other related activities as needed. Pollutant Removal & Management Services, baffle box and other stormwater structures maintenance, analysis, and optimization, street sweeping optimization, aquatic harvesting monitoring and analysis, interstitial water analysis, BMP monitoring, other water quality monitoring, and other related activities as needed. Watershed Pollution Control and Reduction Master Planning, including but not limited to Stormwater BMPs, Fertilizer, Septic, Reclaimed Water, WWTP discharges, Rapid Infiltration basins, Sprayfields, Biosolids application areas, muck flux, living shorelines, and natural ecosystem services that reduce or remove pollutants.
