Distance Learning Center: Originally the Superintendent's Building, Scope will include removal of the complete roof system, roof and deck. Scope will also include interior demolition, masonry, concrete, metal canopy, metal studs, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, painting, solid vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, plastic laminated doors, hollow metal frames, hardware, aluminum storefront, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical and other miscellaneous items. 2. Science Building: Scope includes the furnishing and installation of Science Wood Laboratory Casework, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical. 3. With a construction budget of $2,500,000.00 General Contractors are required to pre-qualify to the approval of the Architect, who have not previously bid on a project for Architect or Owner within the previous twelve (12) months from bid date. Contractor "Proposer" is to utilize AIA Form A305 - Contractor's Qualification Statement and submit a minimum of 7 days prior to submitting his bid Bidders may view the Bid Documents at the Office of the Owner or at local Plan Rooms.
