Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of furnishing and installation of approximately: 150 LF of 15-inch SLCPP stormwater pipe, 4 inlets, 650 LF of concrete curb, 300 SF of sidewalk, and full depth pavement restoration of 1,290 SY between Oliver and Walnut Streets within 5th Street, as described by the Contract Documents. Two add-alternates are proposed consisting of furnishing and installation of 5 inlets 60 LF of 15-inch and 500 linear feet of 18-inch SLCPP stormwater pipe and trench pavement restoration of approximately 275 SY between Oliver and Caroline Streets within 5th Street. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the Newport Borough Office, 231 Market Street, Newport, PA 17074, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Owners right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid no conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. Questions must be submitted on or before 6/21/2019 4:00 PM
