All bidders must submit bid security in the in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Borough of Newport. The projects must be completed by September 30, 2022. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Borough of Newport reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
